Tooting Works is more than a business! We’re a community hub providing adaptable, affordable and connected space at the heart of Tooting. 

Tooting Works is a place that brings the community together and we’re proud to have tenants who have been with us for over 18 years. 

Offering a range of services from office and coworking space to virtual tenancy’s and meeting room hire and beyond this we provide community support through our Tooting Works’ Community Projects initiative.

Creates Impact

We weren’t joking about being community focused! Giving back to the community is a value we hold true. Tooting Works is a social enterprise and has proudly funded and supported the charity  Business Launchpad, since 1998. Tooting Works and Business Launchpad work side by side, collaborating together to ensure both businesses succeed. The money you invest into our services gets reinvested into Business Launchpad. 

Business Launchpad is a charity that aims to transform young lives through enterprise by supporting them to gain enterprise and leadership skills. Business Launchpad offers complete and personalised business guidance and support to young entrepreneurs from across London, aged 16 to 30,  through workshops and 1:1 business coaching. Those supported often face multiple barriers to enterprise.

Tooting Works is a 46,000 sq/ft space providing over 80 affordable office spaces, for a diverse range of businesses.

Tooting Works is home to a number of organisations ranging from charities, tech start-ups, the NHS and more. 

The profits generated from our services, has enabled Business Launchpad to support thousands of young entrepreneurs.

Wanting to create change? Us too! Our new venture, Tooting Community Projects is the start of our wider community outreach programme to support and engage local residents and community groups. Tooting Community Projects initially started to support local residents who had been negatively impacted by the effects of COVID-19. Tooting Community Projects is  developing and continually finding ways to help the community. Let’s find ways of working together to help the Tooting community!

Our Plans For The Future

Tooting Works is constantly developing to better serve the community. This year we’re redeveloping our building to provide 50 more coworking spaces with further scheduled development in 2022, to create a community events space. The new coworking space will be focused on providing an affordable, connected space for young tech startups, within the Tooting community. This development is funded by Wandsworth Council.

Our team is proudly Tooting, representing a vibrant, caring and diverse community that is proud to serve. We are passionate about the work and cause behind what we do. Tooting Works funds and supports the charity Business Launchpad. Business Launchpad is an integral part of our team ensuring profits made are reinvested back into the youth of London.  We’re a supportive network of people ready to help not only businesses, but the community and beyond. We also consider our team to be our amazing extended network including the community and partner organisations we work with through both Tooting Works and Business Launchpad.
