Frequently asked questions

For a daily use of our coworking space you will be able to pay by card or cash at the reception of Tooting Works. 

For a monthly membership you will have a set up monthly payment and that will be taken on the 26th of each month via a direct debit. 

All our facilities can be accessed only with individual fobs. Every fob activity is registered and can be traced to the keycard owner. 

Sure, bring anything you need to do your job, including decorations for your desk to make it homier such as flowers, pictures, etc. You can request a locker to store some of your belongings. However, if you are using a Flex Desk, at the end of every workday, you need to leave your desk clean and take all your personal belongings with you or store them in a locker.

Yes, Tooting Works has car parking space as well as bike storage facilities. 

All Tenants must come to Reception to receive their visitors and parcels.

All visitors must report to Reception and/or be accompanied by the Tenant when entering Trident Business Centre. Please ensure you are not letting unauthorised visitors onto the site or leaving doors ajar. This can lead to tailgating, compromising security of the building.

You will receive your Voip Unlimited account login information one week prior to your move-in date. This will consist of your username and a temporary password which must be used in your first login attempt. Please follow the Voip Unlimited Setup Instructions (sent with your Lease Agreement) to complete account setup.

If you experience any issues setting up your VU account, please contact Voip Unlimited on 01202 612 000 the Tooting Works team on 0208 516 7700.

Tenants are to come to Reception to receive their parcels. For Health and Safety reasons we are not able to store large parcels in the Reception area. Please ensure you are do not also store parcels or boxes in the corridor or communal areas.

The Tooting Works cleaning company operates daily in communal areas – 5am-8am Monday to Friday, 11am-1pm Monday-Sunday(except on public holidays). We do not provide a cleaning service for tenant units, this is expected to be organised by each tenant individually. However, as the space is open to users 24 hours a day, all users are still expected to clean up after themselves as standard practice.

Please do not create mess or using poor hygiene practices in the building, car park or surrounding areas.

Communal sinks are located on every floor in each Wing of the building. However, we do not provide any kitchen facilities for TW Tenants.

Tenants are not permitted to decorate or make any additions to their unit without prior authorisation from the Tooting Works Operations and Maintenance Teams. Schedule of works and RAMS as necessary, will be required to apply to make any changes to your unit. Upon surrender of your Lease, the unit must be in the state and condition it was provided to you upon commencement of the first Lease Agreement. This will be recorded in your unit pre-dilapidation.

Yes, we have a disabled bathroom, baby changing facilities and a shower. All based on the Charlmont Wing Ground Floor, close to the main entrances. We aim to equip our Tenants with as many facilities to make their office experiences as comfortable as possible.

All disabled visitors are required to complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan before entering the building to ensure Fire Safety compliance.

Most appliances are compatible with plug sockets at Tooting Works. For Health and Safety reasons, all appliances must be Personal Appliance Tested prior to on your move-in date. Please ensure you provide your PAT Testing certificate upon use of Personal Electrical Appliances in your unit.

Pets are allowed to visit offices at the discretion of the Tooting Works team. Pets are not permitted to stay in offices overnight and must not be in offices for the full duration of a working day 9am-5.30pm.

We do not have space exclusively leased for storage as all offices are let at the standard rental rate. If you are interested in storage space please speak to the Tooting Works team to see how we, or a partner, may be able to support you.

Tooting Works is a no smoking zone. As part of our Green strategy we encourage all tenants and visitors to smoke away from the Centre, on the opposite and adjacent streets.
